Delivery System of Competition Development

The strength of the Competition Development program lies in being centralized. Currently, the Competition Development program is run once per year, in one location. This allows coaches from across the country to go through the training process together, share their experiences, and develop a good support group throughout the 18 month - 2 year process.

The program is divided into two, 5 day workshops. The 5-day blocks or workshops are separated by a year or full season so coaches can apply what they learn in Week 1, and bring those experiences and reflections back to week 2.

For a complete overview of the weeks, follow this LINK.
