Niedre - Are your Kids Ready for the Block? - Building The Foundations

In this presentation, LA Schmidt and Peter Niedre lead a discussion and gave tips on building the technical foundations in FUNdamentals and Foundations, and Train to Train athletes.

Dr. Young - Increasing Self-Awareness in your Athletes

Dr. Young's presentation focused on increasing motivation in athletes through self-regulation in athletes through various strategies such as tracking and monitoring training, and effective debriefs.

Niedre - Improving Microcycle Planning and Improving Learning in the Training Environment

In this last Coach Development Month presentation, this workshop focused on improving practice and microcycle planning, and familiarizing coaches, including presentation of CKC training guidelines, as well as tips on how to improve learning in the training environment.
